This country loves Charlie Brown nearly as much as I do.

Walking around in Sangsu-dong after the concert we spotted this group of street performers in a plaza near Hongik University. They sent a wave of energy surging through the street as they jammed out to "Ain't No Sunshine." Tap dancing, bongos, electric guitar and bass created rhythmic bliss that made sitting outside in the 20 degree weather completely worth it.
Letting loose. It's a beautiful thing to observe passionate people who aren't afraid to express what they feel in front of a crowd of strangers.

Supper in a small Korean restaurant hidden behind foggy windows. Soup and noodles and dumplings, kimchi and yellow radish, and warm water. Mmmm, winter evenings in Korea. The spices warm my bones and give me energy, which I usually have very little of by 7 o'clock.
